Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photos of the defective or damaged item

If your claim is approved, we will provide a refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by us.

Return Window
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. These must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Cost
For approved defective or damaged items, Tantrum Media Store covers the return shipping cost. No returns are accepted for any other reason.

Exchanges and Replacements
We do not offer exchanges or replacements. Only refunds are provided for defective or damaged items.
