Signal Jammer Anti-Facial Recognition Hoodie – Adversarial Techwear

Meet Signal Jammer, the hoodie for anyone who thinks facial-recognition software has gotten a little too comfortable staring at strangers.

The artwork is intentionally dense, busy and disruptive, layering oversized eyes, fragmented faces, grids, halftones, stripes, electric color and competing shapes into a pattern inspired by adversarial fashion — clothing designed around the idea of giving computer-vision systems considerably more visual information than they would prefer.

Think of it as visual noise with excellent taste.

Hot pink crashes into electric blue, acid green, orange, black and cream while repeated eyes and distorted graphic elements fight for attention across the entire garment. The result is part pop art, part cyberpunk, part surveillance-era middle finger. It was specifically conceived around visual disruption and the techniques explored in anti-facial-recognition and adversarial clothing, although no garment can guarantee that it will defeat every facial-recognition system.

And even when nobody's algorithm is looking, the thing is spectacular.

Made from 75% polyester, 20% cotton and 5% spandex, the medium-heavy 8.5 oz/yd² (300 g/m²) fabric gives the hoodie enough substance and structure to make the all-over artwork look sharp instead of floppy. The unisex styling keeps it easy to wear with cargos, denim, oversized trousers or whatever you normally wear while refusing to become a clean little data point.
